With Us In Spirit

Do you have someone who was very special to you who is now deceased, but still wish that they could be included? Have a picture of them placed on a rose and have it displayed at the wedding and/or reception (or other occasion).

We have created this project to be as flexible as possible since there are so many different situations in which you can implement the package.  If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us using the "Have a question about this product?" link above.

This package includes the following:

• Six White Roses (either live or silk).  The live roses will include water tubes and floral food.  These roses will be embossed with "With Us In Spirit" in copper UNLESS you specify a photograph for a rose.  You can change all 6 roses with different photographs (plate setup fee is not included, but is discounted for this project).  For example:  If you have 3 people who are deceased and would like to honor them, upload three separate pictures and leave 3 roses left saying "With Us In Spirit".  Then be sure to purchase 3 of the custom photograph plates when you check out.
• A white pillar candle embossed with "With Us In Spirit".
• Optionally available are white bud vases.

You can arrange this roses anyway you wish on a table by themselves someplace, but the idea of this package is to create an arc with the six solitaire roses and the candle in the center.  You should have at lease one of the roses left saying "With Us In Spirit", but if you don't, you will still have the candle in the middle of the roses.

Arrival Date (Live)

In the project editor you will be asked to furnish the date you would like your roses to arrive.

The UPS next day shipping is guarenteed to arrive by 5:00 p.m. the day after it is shipped from our facility, so if you are ordering roses for a wedding or other special event, you may want to specify the day before the day of your event as your arrival date.

Example: You have a wedding on July 10th (give the arrival date of July 9th), we would ship them to you on July 8th, you will receive them July 9th by 5:00 p.m.

Also, we ask that you order the roses 5-7 days before your arrival date so that we have the sufficient amount of roses to fullfill your order. Since roses are a perishable item, we do not keep a stock of roses as we strive to provide the freshest roses possible for your special occasion.

Keeping the roses fresh (Live)

We use only high quality live roses for all of our live Speaking Roses products and as mentioned above; live roses are a perishable item.

To keep their beauty and elegance, the roses can only be in their shipping box, out of refrigeration for about 24hrs before they start to dehydrate.

With this being said, we only ship the live roses UPS Next Day. We also ask all our clients to open the roses and give them a drink as soon as you receive them.
